There’s a large walk-in closet and a full bathroom with a stand-alone soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The other bedrooms are sizable with their own closets and easy access to the hall bathroom. There is an open bonus space that is ideal for an upstairs rec room or even a guest space. There are many great memories to be made in this comfy floor plan.

Benefits of Build On Your Lot Homes

If you’ve fallen in love with a location and want the perfect home to complement it, your Vista team is ready to make your dream a reality. We carefully assess your site conditions, needs, and budget to personalize a home that reflects the unique characteristics of your lot and your lifestyle.

Why not turn a special spot into the location of your dream home? Here are a few reasons to build on your land.

  • Sound Investment. The real estate market is historically a good investment. The home you build will be an investment that you and your family can own for generations to come. It’s a commitment that will build value in the long run. Plus, you’ll have the security of having a Vista home that will endure in an area that is only growing in popularity.
  • Location, location, location. One of the benefits of building on your lot is finding the perfect location. In Charlotte, there are so many locales to choose from. (One of the reasons it’s one of the hottest markets in the country!) If you find land with a home you don’t love, we can help you with a “tear-down”. That means you can not only choose a neighborhood but the street, too.
  • Modern Design = Fewer Maintenance Costs. Newly constructed homes have fewer maintenance costs. You can rest assured that your Vista home will be designed to fit the land you’ve chosen and will be up to code with the latest building requirements. With modern systems built in, you avoid costly maintenance and upkeep.
  • Flexibility & Affordability. When building on your land, you can trust that the details of your home are sorted before construction begins. Everything is personalized for you and your land. This is more cost-effective and convenient than renovating an existing home. Building a home on your lot also brings greater flexibility in the home’s design. You can choose one of our floor plans and then choose the tile, flooring, design elements, and more.
